1. * Selection of Credit Rating Advisors agency (among seven SEBI and RBI approved agencies i.e.CRISIL, CARE, ICRA, India Rating, Brickwork, ACUITE (SMERA), Infomerics)
2. * Review the financial statements, operations, Business Plans and Cash Flows of the company including peer comparison.
3. * Adequate quantitative and qualitative information preparation for rating exercise.
4. * Composing the company's presentations and research report, in lieu, for approval of the proposal pertains to improvement in rating.
5. * Assisting the company in any queries pertains to financial matters for further betterment of Credit Rating Advisors.
6. * Monitoring overall rating assignment in a timely manner on behalf of clients.
